Located on the marsh, this three level villa with garage, eat-in kitchen, dining room with vaulted ceiling, bedroom with queen sized bed, living room, also with vaulted ceiling has a with single sleep sofa, sunroom with double sized futon, screened in porch off bedroom, and two full baths, features spectular views.
Seabrook's uncrowded beach is a gentle short drive on our island, but is a mere quarter of a mile as the crow files. There are two beautiful golf courses on Seabrook and five more on neighboring Kiawah. There are many tennis courts, two swimming pools, one in our association, and one located at The Club on the ocean.
Biking, a favorite activity, has priority on Seabrook roads. Bikes can be rented nearby. Horses graze in fields within an easy walk at the Equestrian Center. Crabbing at the crabbing dock on Captain Sam's Creek is a great favorite of the young.
The area boasts many excellent restaurants with shopping nearby and a supermarket four miles away.
At the Limehouse Bridge, 18 miles from Seabrook, there is a modern free public boat launch which is on the Stono River for those folks who tow their own boats. From there you can boat to all of Charleston's scenic rivers - the Stono, Cooper, Ashley, Edisto, Wando and Bohicket Rivers and lovely Charleston Harbor. You will pass the Limehouse Bridge on the way to Seabrook Island on Main Road. Once you come to Seabrook, you'll want to stay. |
