Our elegant one-bedroom top floor villa is right on in the beach on the ocean-end of Seaside Villas complex, one of the island's most desirable and convenient locations. Our villa is so close to the beach (the ocean is right outside your door); yet it also offers a proximity to numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants
We just completed the renovation and upgrade of our villa, with top of the line appliances and kitchen cabinets, ceramic tile, new carpet and new furnishings throughout, and a new floor plan to create a large bedroom space. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, Hilton Head vacation rental, look no further. This villa is perfect for couples or small families who want luxury and comfort but are on a budget. Enjoy a fantastic view of the ocean and the warm ocean breezes from your balcony, over the top of palm trees.
The Villa will accommodate up to four guests. It features a beautifully decorated living room with a sleep-sofa, a new cable TV, a VCR, and a top-of-the-line CD/radio/cassette player. A wall mirror above the couch brings the ocean view into your living room. The remodeled bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. There's a full bathroom. A fully updated kitchen has new cabinetry, and modern appliances. You may not need to use or move your car; dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Enjoy the short walk to Coligny Plaza, home to quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery, as well as bars, outlet shopping, boating, miniature golf, and sightseeing are all within a few miles of the villa.
There are two outside pools on the complex, equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, both available for guests. There's a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. And there are outdoor showers, and an observation deck with lounge chairs for basking in the sun during the day, or to enjoy the beautiful southern sky during the night.
If you enjoy grilling, a couple of charcoal grills are waiting for you on a wooden deck, surrounded by manicured landscape of myrtle bushes, palm trees, and Spanish moss.
The complex offers covered parking under the building, and off-street parking. There are also security gates, which are accessed by code, for guests' protection.
