Lovely 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo just 300 yards from the beach is beautifully and fully furnished, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 4 (4 is the maximum occupancy). This is a larger 2 bd 2 ba unit. It has a full kitchen with all appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwashter and microwave). Clothes washer and clothes dryer located right off the kitchen. There is an absolutely awsome view from the oversized balcony which you can access from either the living room or the master bedroom. The view is of the natural wildlife lagoon (and lush landscaping) which harbors alligators and lots of large lagoon turtles. The condo is located in the Fiddlers Cove resort complex (a gated community) adjacent to Port Royal Plantation. The amenities at Fiddlers Cove include 10 tennis courts (free to Fiddlers renters), 2 swimming pools, indoor raquetball court, and several childrens play areas. Our condo is one of the closest condo's to both the tennis courts and the main swimming pool and, perhaps most importantly, is just a very short very easy 2 block walk (300 yards) to the beautiful Folly Field Beach (Atlantic Ocean). Our condo is also very close to the great Hilton Head golf courses, restaurants, and the Shelter Cove Marina. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo. This is a great bargain for anyone who would like to vacation at a truly wonderful vacation spot. A deposit of $150 is due when condo is booked, and the balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Please note--our condo is a NO SMOKING condo (please, no smoking allowed). Also no pets allowed. no credit check student loan |
