HHI RESORT DESCRIPTION
The Beach & Tennis Resort is private with 24-hour security, gated, with 10 tennis courts, tennis pro and pro shop, two large pools (one of the nicest olympic size pools and tiki bar on the beach) sports bar (Rackets), Tiki bar (Sneakers), bike rentals and children activities. No pets or smoking allowed in condo.
HHI LONG TERM HOUSE RENTALS
The three 1-3 story, 3BR/2-3BA, 2000-2400 s.f. homes we own in private neighborhoods for rent on Hilton Head Island are all long term rentals (1 year. min.) and are currently leased until June 6, 2004 (9 Bellhaven Way), April 1, 2003 (12 Bermuda Pointe Dr.) and April 1, 2002 (47 Monticello Dr.). As our guests, each renter may use for free the tennis court, pools, gym, private pier and dock at these nearby neighborhoods on HHI that we own rental houses.
