A NON-SMOKING Waterfront Condominium on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool W/ ELEVATOR(THE FIRST BUILDING SECOND FLOOR AS YOU LOOK AT THE COMPLEX PHOTO) and clubhouse which is situated on the waterfront of the sound of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Commonly considered Nags Head but located in Manteo. The unit is located on the sound across from Pirates Cove. The master bedroom is also located on the waterfront. Each bedroom opens up to its own balcony. Walk out of the sliding door from either the Master suite or living room and you are looking out over the bay/pool/clubhouse/marina. With only a 5 minute drive to public beaches, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the water without the hustle and bustle of the tourist. You cannot get any closer to the water without being in it. The master suite has a jacuzzi bath and is very spacious. The second bedroom has (2) twin beds. The third bedroom has a full size bed as well. The kitchen and dining room are divided by a bar/countertop. The unit is fully equipped with washer and dryer and full service kitchen. |
