The Villa House at Diamond Beach is the place to get away. You wouldn’t want to eat mash potatoes without gravy. This condo has the gravy. Breathtaking views, Private Beach, Pool with kiddie pool, Big Screen TV, DVD, and CD, all with Theater Sound. TV not what you came on vacation for? Just out the window is the National Preserve, take a walk through, over two miles of trails, information stations and Viewing Platforms. In the Spring and Fall thousands of Birds visit the Preserve during migration periods. There are plenty of other little friends to see as well among them a Red Fox and Rabbits. There is a Humming bird Feeder on the balcony. Keep your eyes peeled and you will see them buzz in for some Nectar. Just a few steps to the palm tree lined entrance to the private beach. This well groomed beach is exclusive to members (8 tags are included during your stay). The rules don’t apply here. You can enjoy a cocktail or play ball. Nothing illegal of course. There are Straw Huts that serve Food and snacks if you get hungry. Access to the Wildlife preserve here as well. Beach not your cup of tea? There is a beautiful outdoor pool with a detached children’s wading pool is just out your window. Back inside. There are two full baths and a powder room. The Master Bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi Tub. All the appliances are top of the line GE Profile and recently new. The condo is actually a townhouse layout. Master Suite, Kitchen, Living Room and Powder room, upstairs with cathedral ceilings. On the first floor, two bedrooms (one queen and one with 2 singles), full bath and full size laundry room. Off the main balcony and Living Room there are fabulous views of the Beach and Ocean and Wildlife Reserve and don’t forget the sunset over the bay. The Master Bedroom Balcony overlooks the pool. If you visit in the Spring, Fall or Winter when it’s colder out you can get cozy by the wood burning fireplace in the living room. The condo is equipped with central air-conditioning, and heat depending on the weather. There are tons of things to do in the area. Within ten minutes you have the Boardwalk, Cape May, Miniature Golf, Marinas, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Parasailing, Fishing and Crabbing, Bowling Alley, Movie Theatre, Museums, Lighthouses, Cape May Zoo, Historic Areas, great places to Ride Bikes, Sunset Bay (Beautiful sunsets and park, they perform a ceremony each night in honor of those killed defending our country). There is a Trolley that will take you up to the boardwalk for around a dollar. The pick-up is about a block away. There is just too much to list here, but when I say you won’t be bored (unless you want to), I mean it. If it’s relaxation you want, you’ve got it. Located on the most southern residential street in Diamond Beach there is nothing to bother you. Out these windows you don’t see any hustle bustle, no cars, no noise. . . .just nature. You have everything from the WaWa to Top Notch restaurants. Two-Mile Landing, The Crab House, The Lobster House, Mack’s Pizza just to name few. For the Adults the there is a bustling nightlife. Great Night Clubs, Café’s, Taverns, are just minutes away. Gambling and Great Shows are about 20 minutes away in Atlantic City, just up the Garden State Parkway.
