Welcome to Westwind! Our home is in the process of being entirely remodeled for Summer 2004. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping on Asbury Ave. This home is in the heart of it all! Park your car and walk to all attractions. The best feature of our home is that it can be 3 or 4 bedrooms and accommodate 8 or 10 people. There is an extra bedroom upstairs that can be rented with the rest of the house if needed. Perfect for families that want to vacation together, yet still want privacy.
There will be a large master suite with a king bed and french doors leading to a deck. Optional 4th bedrooms is also upstairs and has a separate TV/sitting area. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs.
The house has 3-4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 baths, sun porch, and rear deck.
Additional amenities include: 5 beach tags gas grill large deck w/ furniture 2 parking spaces Central A/C, washer/dryer, cable/VCR.
There is a $250 security deposit This is due with the final payment or upon arrival. Deposit & procedures: A 1/3 deposit will reserve the week of your choice. A lease will be mailed immediately with payment procedures. The balance is due in 2 equal payments. |
