The oceanfront property has a spectacular view, centered on the beach between jetties, has direct beach access not like other oceanfronts where you have to walk behind other oceanfronts to gain beach access. The lifeguard stand is located right in front of the house so it's great for parents/kids, some beaches in harvey cedars are not guarded or are for surfing only. It is located on a private road so kids can easily walk back and forth to beach for food, bathroom, etc. The oceanfront property is unlike other oceanfront houses, in that you can hear the waves and ocean while sleeping. A super bay front park/playground is just 2 blocks away, includes tennis, basketball, playground equipment, baseball field, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, bocce, horseshoes, volleyball court and great sunsets for all.
