This is a large, family oriented 5 bedroom house is in the peaceful village of Loch Arbour. This traditional 3 storey colonial house is only two short blocks from the ocean and 1 block from the Loch Arbour Lake.
Loch Arbour is a small village on the NJ Shore in Monmouth County and is nestled between the well known towns of Deal and Ocean Grove. This upmarket area is known for its privacy and peacefulness and yet is conveniently located for easy access to NYC, Philadelphia, Atlantic City and major road networks. Main Street, with a selection of shops and restaurants, is within walking distance, as is the Allenhurst train station.
ACCOMMODATION:
Ground Floor:
Living Room the width of the house with fireplace, bookcase and couches/easy chairs. Staircase leads to 2nd floor.
Dining Room with large table that seats 10.
Cozy Den with couch and tables,
Small WC,
Butlers Pantry leads to fully equipped kitchen with door to back garden/yard and steps to Basement. The laundry room is in the basement and contains washer/dryer/ironing board/iron.
Second Floor:
Large landing with table and laundry shoot to basement, stairs up to 3rd floor.
Large Master Bedroom with Queen size bed with separate sitting room as well as ensuite bathroom. Large wardrobe & dresser. This room is the full depth of the house.
Front Facing Bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom.
Back Facing Bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, closet.
Third Floor:
Large landing with table and laundry shoot to basement.
Side Facing Bedroom with Bunk Beds.
Back Facing Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds.
Family Bathroom with large authentic roll top bath.

Covered porch the width of house to the front with tables and chairs
Drive way leading to detached garage and fenced in back yard.
The Jersey Shore is jam packed with fun family activities and Loch Arbour is the perfect base for your summer vacation. Required stay is one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday, during the summer season. Other times may be allowed during other times of the year. Rental Agreement must be signed by perspective tenant and sent with reservation deposit.

Pets ok with owner’s permission ($175/week, additional $200 Security Deposit is required), No Smoking in house.
Maximum 10 people (including children) at house an anytime.
Reservation deposit is 50% of the base rental amount and is due at time of booking. $500 refundable damage deposit is due at time of booking. Until reservation deposit is received, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations become confirmed upon receipt of deposits paid. Balance of fees is due 60 days prior to date of check-in.
