($89 nightly) April - May - September - October: $99 nightly - $500 weekly June: $129 nightly - $699 weekly July - August: $899 weekly only Towels, linens, and departure housekeeping are included in your rates. Please add 8% for lodging taxes. There is a two night minimum on all nightly rentals. This Michigan vacation condo is even pet friendly. One well behaved dog is allowed at no additional charge. When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required within one week of making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded. If you cancel your reservation giving more than 14 days notice, the deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than 14 days notice, the security deposit is nonrefundable.
