The 1280 square foot Maile House in Pahala, near Black Sand Turtle Beach and Volcano.... Maile House is a restored Sugar Plantation supervisor's home, with three bedrooms and two baths, high ceilings, wood floors, bay window, large kitchen, and private tropical yard with coco palms, gardenias, fragrant mock orange, plumeria, and a large gold tree with a swing.
It is located next to Plantation House in a neighborhood with large trees. Walking distance to library, parks, store, bank, swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts. Five minutes to Punalu`u Black Sand Turtle Beach, and 12 minutes to Volcanoes National Park.
Maile House sleeps six in 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 double beds. It is furnished with antiques and a collection from old Ka`u Sugar Mill. Telephone and cable TV are provided. VCR, along with a full kitchen and laundry facilities.
