This 3 bedroom, 2 bath coach home with a spectacular golf course view is finely furnished with everything you desire in a luxury vacation home, and it is all brand new with the convenience of an attached two-car garage with automatic opener.
Beautifully decorated throughout, the master bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed with a duvet that is perfect for Florida weather, and his and hers walk-in closets. Egyptian cotton linens are a posh addition to an already posh master bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower in a stylish and roomy bathroom.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds, which can be pulled together to form a second king-sized bed. The third bedroom is arranged with a sleeper sofa for two and its own entertainment center making it useful as a bedroom or a den. This adds a second relaxation area separate from the living room. A guest bathroom is conveniently located beside these bedrooms. The second two bedrooms and the guest bath can be closed off with a pocket door for added privacy.
The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator with ice/water on the door, toaster, and coffeemaker.
There is a separate breakfast area and extra counter seating in addition to a spacious dining room area.
The living room features an expansive (20') double sliding glass doors to view the golf course and to step out to the spacious lanai. There is phone, cable TV, two televisions, one in the living room and one in the third bedroom, DVD player, VCR, stereo system, large screened-in lanai with comfortable furniture, ceiling fans, beach chairs, and much more. The laundry area off of the kitchen has a washer and dryer. Linens, towels, hair-dryers, gourmet cooking equipment and much more are available for your use.

exhibits, the Philharmonic Center and Naples Zoo all within a very
short drive from the property.
