Our names are Ian & Helen - We have a 5 bed on Indian Point that can be changed to a 4bed by locking off the top bedroom .
Our villa will not disappoint you. It has a large screened sundeck and heated pool & spa/Jacuzzi set in a private back yard overlooking conservation land. Sun-lounges and patio table/chairs help make it ideal for soaking some sun and relaxing in between the 'park/attraction visits or playing at the numerous nearby local golf courses.
A 24hr Hypermarket, restaurants and shops/pharmacy are within a 2-minute drive.
The Villa is tastefully decorated such that it feels like home, is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans. It has a King size Master bedroom (with en-suite, telephone and TV), a Queen sized Master Bedroom (with en-suite, telephone and TV), a further Queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms adjoining the family bathroom. A hair dryer, all bed linen and bath-linen is provided. One of the lounge sofas can be converted to a further double bed or z-beds can be provided if required.
The Lounge has comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV (with cable), video and stereo/CD. The dining room adjoins the lounge.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, icemaker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. All eating, drinking and cooking utensils are provided. Adjoining the kitchen is the kitchen-diner.
A separate laundry room encompasses the washing machine, the drier and the iron & ironing board.
The Villa has off road parking and a double garage.
The development has a communal pool, tennis, and children's play area, all available for use by the renter of our villa.
