Our villa is situated on the select Cumbrian Lakes development; this is a small gated community that provides a peaceful retreat, but which is only minutes away from the restaurants, shops and theme parks of the Orlando area.
The 4 bed, 3.5 bath villa is furnished to a high standard and contains all the amenities needed for a 'home from home' experience for a group of 8 to 10 guests.
The south facing pool overlooks a conservation area which provides a secluded location in which to relax. The lanai provides shade during the day, whilst the pool deck allows you to relax in the sun.
The main living area has a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of space and all the home comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay.
The open-plan lounge/diner has a cathedral style ceiling and a family dining table. For entertainment there's cable TV, DVD player, video and radio/cassette/CD player. Telephone calls are to free to almost anywhere in the world.
The kitchen has every modern convenience including a cooker, fridge-freezer (with ice-maker), dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Full laundry appliances are also available. |

Disney World is a 15 minute drive away, as is SeaWorld. Universal Orlando is a 30 minute drive.
The east and west cost beaches can be reached in approximately 1.5 hours. |
