Our luxury 3 bed-roomed air-conditioned villa is fully carpeted and comfortably furnished for occupancy by up to 8 people. It is located in a quiet residential area but close to major attractions and local facilities.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice-maker, toaster, coffee-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and telephone. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Also you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility room. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available. There is a small breakfast area.
There is a large lounge/living area with ceiling fan, sofa bed, loveseat, rocking recliner, radio, CD player, tape deck, VCR and 27" stereo colour cable TV with 50+ channels.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, safe, hairdryer and colour TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds with a shared bathroom. Bed linen and towels are supplied. A cot can be provided if requested, for a small charge.
Patio furniture is provided for the screened pool area. A heat-pump is available.
There is a 24 hour Superstore within 1 mile. Nearby on Highway 192 can be found all types of restaurants. Disneyworld is only 15 minutes away and the nearest golf course is 10 minutes away.
