As your day comes to an end, sink your toes in to the white sand and view spectacular sunsets - then take a moonlit stroll. The Terrace is hidden away between your landscaped courtyard and is just 100 yards from the powdery white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico - on a small piece of paradise - Anna Maria Island.

There are many attractions nearby in Sarasota and Bradenton, including the Ringling Museum of Art, Selby Botanical Gardens and Bishop Planetarium,and don't miss the Pittsburg Pirates spring training camp just minutes away in Bradenton. Shopping and dining within mere feet from The Terrace. More shopping available on Longboat Key's beautiful and luxurious St. Armand's Circle area. Plus, within two hours drive, you can enjoy a fun day at Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM, or Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, Sea World or Busch Gardens. Anna Maria Island supports four well-maintained public beaches, Bayfront Park Beach, Manatee Beach, Cortez Beach, and Coquina Beach. There are three fishing piers: Anna Maria, Rod & Reel and Bradenton Beach. Tennis: There are public courts in Anna Maria and Holmes Beach. Golf: Manatee/Sarasota bi-county area provides a choice of more than 45 courses ranging from tight executive par threes to challenging championship 18s.
