Offering 3 full sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining and living room including 2 TVs with a VCR/DVD player. Full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Master bedroom has queen size bed, Master bath with large stand up
shower, walk-in closet and sliding doors leading to balcony overlooking beautiful pond with fountain. A nice retreat to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea or just relax in the evening.
2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed with walk-in closet.
3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds with walk-in closet.
Sleeper Sofa in Living Room allows sleeping for total of 8 people.
Fully Air Conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all rooms.
Cable-TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. VCR/DVD and HBO in Living Room.
This unit is spacious and comfortably furnished.
Kitchen is fully furnished with Range, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Coffee Maker, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, glassware, dishware and much more. Everything you would need is provided for your convenience!
All towels, washcloths, linens and extra sheets for all beds are provided for your comfort!
Clothes Washer and Dryer are located inside the condo for your laundry needs!

Additional cleaning fee of $65 added to the total.
Payment:
20% of the total rent is required to complete the booking (balance
due 60 days in advance, plus a refundable security/damage deposit of
$250 is required).
If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less $100) are refunded - less than 60 days, sorry no refund.

Cashiers Check - Direct Bank Deposit
