Westridge estate has a lovely safe feel to it. It has resident as well as tourist homes which are well spaced and have lush greenery, the estate being exceptionally well looked after. The estate offers community facilities such as tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, community pool and children’s play area. For the golfers there is an 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course just one mile away from the estate, plus other numerous clubs near by.
The villa itself has a living/lounge area overlooking the pool area with an offset large kitchen and dinning area. Cable TV and DVD.
The master suite has patio doors leading to the pool area and has a large ensuite bathroom with tub, separate shower and his and her sinks, plus walk in wardrobe.
The double bedroom has a window overlooking the pool area and alongside the two twin bedrooms is near the main bathroom. All bedrooms are well decorated with quality fittings.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and all you will need plus more.
Around the pool area are comfortable padded sunloungers plus table and chairs for that all-important ‘al fresco’ dining. The screen surrounding the pool area keeps all flying beasties out including mosquitos.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The pool has heating available upon request (gas heated, gets nice and warm for the cooler months).
Shaded lanai area for sitting in when the sun is too much.
