The Grand Room and Dining Room
This spacious lounge and dining area are open plan with a modern vaulted ceiling. It is furnished to a superior standard giving a designer look,
which is individual and special. These qualities are repeated throughout this executive villa to ensure that your stay is one of complete enjoyment.
The Family Room
This large room has wonderful views over the upgraded fully screened swimming pool. This room also has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the accommodation. You will find comfortable sofas and chairs to enable you to enjoy the delightsof American cable television, listen to music, or watch a video.
Breakfasting Kitchen
This fully fitted kitchen includes a large dining area, and has every appliance that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge fridge freezer with ice maker. The separate laundry room has a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master Suite (ground floor)
This sumptuous master bedroom has a king size double bed and its own private and very spacious en-suite bathroom leading out to the magnificent fully screened heatable swimming pool. A television and a telephone are situated in this master bedroom.
Swimming Pool
The beautiful heatable swimming pools are really quite special. Some homes have oversize pools that measures 30 feet by 15 feet and has underwater illumination. The swimming pools can be heated if required. The large patio around the pool is ‘cool decked’ so you don’t burn your feet when walking around the pool. The covered lanai area enables you to sit outside, but not in direct sun if you so wish. The entire covered lanai, patio area and pool are fully screened, keeping out all flies, moths, etc. The patio is fully equipped with table and chairs, comfortable loungers.
Some homes have a Spa at extra cost.
Master Suite (first floor)
This master suites overlooks the front garden of the villa. Some a queen sized and some with king size double beds, and a luxury bathroom. Some have Mickey and Minnie rooms, a children’s delight - ideal for parents sharing with children
2nd Master Suite (first floor)
This third master suite offers a queen sized double bed, and a well appointed bathroom.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 (ground floor) and Bedroom 6 (first floor)
These rooms all feature twin single beds.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space, and of course all bed linen, towels etc are provided.
Bathrooms
Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a luxury shower room on the ground floor.
These are ‘top of the range’ executive villas, smoke free, and designer furnished to the highest standards for your every comfort and convenience. There are cable televisions in the family room and the ground floor master suite. A video and a music system are situated in the family room. Three telephones are installed and are available to guests without charge for local calls. Long distance calls may be made through the use of a credit card. For your peace of mind some villas are fitted with a security alarm systems and a wall safe at extra charge, and a helpful Management Company is available to assist you at all reasonable times.
