Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 Family Room, air conditioned executive villa with fully screened and secluded, optionally heated pool, is situated on the superb subdivision of Pines West.
There is a master bedroom, with Queen bed, three other bedrooms, one bedroom with a full bed and the others 2 bedrooms have two single beds in each.
The villa is ideally located.
Access to a fully screened secluded optionally heated swimming pool is via the main living room, pool chairs and table and sun beds are provided along with all the pool towels you will require.
This fully fitted kitchen, also a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.
The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated at an extra charge of ($130+ tax) per week.
