Your luxury vacation home has its own private heated 30 x 15 feet swimming pool, which has been extended to give you extra enjoyment along with a raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. A waterfall running into the pool provides a soothing background when you’re relaxing around the deck. Once out there you wont want to go back in for anything so we’ve even provided a cabana shower outside on the deck so you can cool off!
The south facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year.
The stunning extended deck gives an exceptional feeling of space. Overlooking a natural lake and woodlands it gives a feeling of tranquillity and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy.
When the sun gets too much, for those guests wanting some shade there is a large covered Lanai. With ample patio furniture as well as a plush 6-seater dining table, the lanai also provides the perfect area to eat meals al fresco or to sit and relax with an evening drink and watch the sun set.
The huge living room with a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen has a cathedral ceiling and is overlooked by the unique sky bridge. The Villa has a separate dining area with a stunning column support glass table seating six people. This really is a magnificent setting for formal dining, and should you wish to escape somewhere quieter there's a second lounge area with a double sofa and a large glass coffee table.
The upstairs lounge area is one of the stars of the show. On the large landing a plush sleeper sofa, coffee table, and reading lamp provide an ideal place for quiet relaxation before bedtime.
The master bedroom really is something to behold! It is the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Accessed by it's own gallery walkway, it occupies the whole of the East side of the upper floor. It is fully furnished with a King-size antique feature bed, and has patio doors leading onto its own balcony.
The third double bedroom, which overlooks the lake, has a luxurious teak Queen-size feature bed. It is also equipped with its own remote control TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard. It shares a large bathroom, with its own bath and shower, with one other room. There are two other twinned themed bedrooms that the kids or young at heart will love. One has a Disney theme whilst the other is themed in American sports. Both these rooms share a bathroom.

This Villa is equipped with a TV in every bedroom as well as a large screen TV in the lounge. Most are equipped with DVD or VCR.
