Luxury individually decorated, 4 bed 3 bath with family room. The development is situated next to the Reedy Creek nature reserve and is set amongst several lakes. There are several community amenities including play areas and basketball pitches.
Spacious lounge and dining room with cable TV, family room with cable TV, VCR & CD player. Kitchen with extended nook, providing table, chairs and breakfast stools.
Enormous master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, shower, garden tub, WC and walk-in closet. Further full size bedroom with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Private 28ft screened pool with sun all day, yet a covered lanai area for those wanting shade. Table and chairs for al fresco meals. Sun loungers are also provided.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and alarm clocks, all bathrooms are provided with a hairdryer and all windows have drapes as well as blinds.
