Oceanfront lot with a 54 foot seawall. Full service hookup/50 amps. Lot offers fenders, cleats, swimladder, picnic table and a palm tree shaded deck.
This lot is very private and is generally regarded as the best RV
lot in Venture Out. It is adjacent to the Common Ground which is an area of open space which makes the lot seem much larger and is still very private. From the open space one can appreciate the glorious colors of sunset. The lot faces East and in the morning, if you like, one may appreciate the quiet beauty of dawn and the approaching sunrise. The swim ladder almost rests on a shelf of coral, so one may either dive into the water to swim at the deep end or go down the swim ladder to the coral shelf and gently enter the salt water. We do both!! There is extensive seawall to add to the wonder of this lovely lot. Don't like car traffic-you won't be bothered by traffic in this very secluded spot. Like to watch nature, nature can watch
you back in this little piece of Paradise. Enjoy and return.
Activities and Attractions:
Venture Out is a 5 Star Park with boating, fishing, diving, access to
Gulf and Atlantic within minutes, close to Key West, far enough away
from Key West. Sunrises, tropical fish to watch, endangered birds
to perform the ballet for you and your family and friends are some of
the distractions of this very peaceful spot in Paradise. Do not ask
to buy EVER, we will rent when we are back home in Philly. But we dream we are back in Venture Out. So will you.
