* THERE IS A 11 1/2% TAX for seasonal rental. ( 6 1/2% Florida Sales Tax and 5% resort tax) * this is applicable on any seasonal rental or hotel/motel for rentals less than 6 months in length. I take a 20% booking deposit to hold the booking ( 30 day cancellation policy in effect during season, 14 day cancellation policy off season). Basically, booking deposit if fully refundable within the perameters, but if you cancel with less than the above, then a 2 night's stay is taken and the remainder refunded. $250.00 security deposit ( only to new clients, repeat clients that is waived.) |
