Saddle Creek is a family favorite offering the comfort of a well appointed private mountain home, close to the slopes, yet far enough away from the noisy distractions found at the crowded condo complexes. This unique combination allows guests to spend quality time with family and friends both day and night. Perhaps, best of all you will not be a victim of interrupted sleep once you decide to retire for the evening.
Built in the late 1990's, our Non-Smoking property is located on a quiet mountain road two minutes from the ski gondola. This complex is serviced by Steamboat's free transportation system, our bus stop is less than 100 yards from our front door. The large open floor-plan measures 1225 square feet, providing spacious living quarters with cathedral ceiling living room and dining areas, fully tiled washrooms and kitchen counters, as well as hardwood floors in the kitchen. Abundant sunshine especially during the morning hours will make your views of the snowy mountain memorable ones.
On the lower level is a one car garage, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. The upper level is the main living area having a dining room, living room, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, master bedroom with large walk-in closet and another full bathroom. A gas fireplace can be found in both the living room and master bedroom. In addition each townhome has an over-sized upper deck with private hot tub, allowing you to enjoy the views of the mountain after a hard day on the ski slopes.
