30 days written notice. With timely cancellation (30 days written notice), all advance funds will be returned less 10% of the rent and deposited funds. If written notice is received less than 30 days before scheduled arrival, 50% of deposit funds (rent and security deposit) will be forefeited. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period. |
