It commands breathtaking views of BOTH the famous Mission Bay channel

On your left, watch America's Cup sailboats in the channel on their way to
race; turn to the right, and watch the surfers and beachgoers on the ocean.
This huge 2000 square foot corner suite has a balcony in EACH of its four
large bedrooms, providing awesome views of Mission Bay, Point
Loma, and of course the panoramic ocean and channel views. The sights are
particularly phenomenal at sunrise and sunset.
Need to get out? At your doorstep is the pathway to miles of ocean boardwalk
and beaches or to the beautiful sand and clear water of Mission Bay. You can
cycle, walk, or roller blade for miles in either direction. Take your surfboard
out to the ocean swells, or walk two minutes to the protected waters of
Mission Bay for a refreshing dip off the beautiful sandy beach. A short drive
takes you to the 17 museums of Balboa Park, recreation and picnic area, and
children's playground. The suite is also conveniently located in short distance
to grocery stores, restaurants, and specialty boutiques.
Want to take the kids out for a special treat? Within minutes is world famous
Sea World, where the kids can meet Shamu the Killer Whale, and learn about
the wonders of nature at the same time! Not enough yet? A jog down the
street will take you to Belmont Amusement Park where they can ride the
roller coaster or Ferris wheel, all while eating cotton candy at the same time.
But there is nothing that this custom suite boasts more than its spectacular
panoramic views, and there is no better way to wind down after a hard day of
play than taking in the night lights of Point Loma, just across the channel.
