Exquisitely renovated luxury one bedroom, 1 bath upper cottage at beautiful North Coast Village, at one glance, overlooks the ocean, marina and lagoon setting along southern California's beautiful sandy beaches.
Gorgeous silestone and granite countertops, new natural maple cabinets in kitchen and custom-built vanity with double sinks in the bath dressing area, ceramic and berber flooring and brand new, top-of-the-line window coverings and appliances in the galley kitchen. Hallway sconces, hanging ceramic lights above kitchen bar, beautiful gas fireplace and grand crystal chandelier in the dining area add a designer touch. Complimentary hi speed wireless internet access for your convenience. Saunter through the grounds, walk down the manicured garden walks displaying falling water and pools of Japanese Koi fish. Through the private gates are sandy beaches. Enjoy the hot tub or choose to enjoy either of the two swimming pools and jacuzzi. Two outdoor, gas barbeques are also vailable for your pleasure. Private entrance to the condo. Six steps to enter as the unit is on the second level of the cottage. It is on a single level within and is easy to navigate from room to room because of the wide hallways and tile/berber carpeting on the floors. Private parking spot. |
