This extremely quiet One Bedroom guest apartment is located high in the Hollywood Hills, adjacent to Beverly Hills, above the famed Sunset Strip (dining, theaters, shopping, etc..), on Sunset Plaza Drive - a street that many celebrities have made their own; Spectacular city and ocean views. Private pool and Jacuzzi.

The apartment features handsome decor throughout and includes:
A bedroom with a California King-size bed;
Two private baths, one full and one 3/4;
A living room with a dining area, a comfortable leather coach, a day bed with an additional trundle bed (sleeps two separately). The living room is light, with four windows offering a display of Los Angeles at your feet.
A kitchen with marble kitchen counters, large refrigerator. toaster, blender, microwave and conventional ovens, plenty of pots and pans.
A separate dressing area with built-in closets, shelves, enclosed washer and dryer, full-size mirror;
A separate storage closet for suitcases and brooms.
Ample parking on the street.
The apartment is located on the lowest level -the pool level- of a large hillside home. It is entirely self-contained with its separate entrance, street access, AC, Telephone, etc.
It opens to a spacious deck with large private pool, gas grill and Jacuzzi.
Linen (including bath towels), ironing table, iron; all you need is your toothbrush!
