is surrounded by pine trees, located on the hillside with a view of the
valley, meadow and mountains. Ideal for families, well furnished and
equipped. The open living/dining/kitchen area is highlighted by vaulted ceilings,
exposed wood beams, warm wood paneling, large rock fireplace, wall to
wall carpeting, hard wood floors. The living room upstairs opens through French
doors on to a deck. Cushioned deck furniture provides comfort in either sun or
shade with a picnic table, barbecue and a great hammock!
Located on the hill side, with views of the meadow and mountains, this cozy
home offers a quiet, get a way for lazy summer days.
This home sleeps 14 in 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (Jacuzzi in one)
Games for kids/adults, dart board, local ski trail maps, restaurant menus/reviews,
recreation brochures, baby sitter list, etc.
A mountain home away from home, located 2 minutes from ski lifts, 10 minutes
from Lake Tahoe, walking distance from Truckee River, 30 minutes from casinos

We have been renting our vacation home for 15 years....ideal for
families and groups. The house is well furnished, fully equipted kitchen
with free popcorn! On the deck we have Barbeque, picnic table, etc for
your summer meals. Deck provides views of valley and mountain, has comfortable
padded furniture, shade & sun....ideal for snoozing, sunbathing, reading.
Large Spa seats 8 adults. Front yard: landscapaing,lawn, rock garden,plants.
If you have not been to Lake Tahoe for a while? You will find Squaw Valley
quiet, serene, peaceful, unlike the Lakeside area with its heavy
traffic, fumes, noise, crowds. But, you will be only 8 minutes from
Lake Tahoe, 25 min from North shore casinos, 45 min from Reno.
