All rates INCLUDE the 15% IVA tax and car insurance for Ford. American property managers, housekeeper, pool man and gardener included with the house. Optional cook. This house is the best furnished house you will find - oriental rugs, numerous oil paintings, luxury furnishings. 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, video and book library, games, US & Canadian broadcast and satellite TV, surround sound, CD player, telephone, fax, email, PC computer and answering machine. Seats 8 around dining room table and 3 at the bar. Seats 12 outside at tables and 10 chaise lounges around pool and upper deck. Extra large washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, gas oven and stove, purified water. Each bedroom and office is air conditioned. Living room is air conditioned. California King beds (or 2 XL twin beds). Private beach front. When guests book Casa Parota we forward a 65-page booklet all about the house and car and all about the area - including best shopping, best beaches, best restaurants, maps, golf and other activity information, etc. La Puntilla has a private beach front and park. |
