admire the colours of your soul
Casa san miguel inn is an elegant contemporary colonial style house, located in a quit area, with the spectacular view of town and mountains.
The entrance façade has a rock hand carved wall, the main entrance wood door opens in to a garden area, walking in a clay tile pathway takes you in to the glass doors framed with hand made iron, that gives bright and light in to all the house, when you open the door will find a beautiful living room with gas chimney, 17 foot boveda brick ceiling with a cupula.
The kitchen is decorated with spanish talavera tiles and beautiful carved cabinets painted and decorated by Juan Ruiz, it is open to the dinning room and at the same time, dinning is open to living room. Behind the kitchen there is a door and window that takes you to an open patio. All the inside doors were hand carved in Dolores Hidalgo.
There is a bedroom in the first level with a bathroom that could be use as well by your visitor friends without passing by your bedroom. It has two doors that could be used at your convenience and gives you privacy. This bedroom has a big window that gives you lots of light, clay tiles in floor and ceiling with wood. Hand carved furniture and decorated with beautiful talavera lamps.
Upstairs, there is a studio that goes to the high opened living room, with boveda brick ceiling, a door that takes you to a balcony the overlooks the house entrance and garden. Great place to relax.
Beside the studio it is located the master bedroom that has a beautiful wood chimney, decorated with a mason brick flower work. The furniture is hand carved as well and decorated with art crafts from the area. It has a private bathroom decorated with spanish talavera style tiles with two rounded windows that overlooks the city and the beside mountains.
In the same level there is a second open patio that takes you to a wonderful rounded iron stair that goes to a beautiful terrace that overlooks all the historical district giving you an amazing spectacular view, fabulous blue sky and night lights of san miguel. Also a great place for enjoying drinks, sun baths or simply lay down in a hammock with all the tranquillity and privacy that you deserve.
This vacation rental home “Casa san miguel inn” is furnished with folk art, hand loomed rugs, rustic wood chairs, clay tile floors, spanish talavera tiles in kitchen and bathrooms.

Lines and utensils provided, phone, cable tv, stereo, full kitchen, microwave.
If you would like maid service, you just have to let know the owner the days you need her. (10 us for 3or 4 hours).We’ll make arrangements for you.
There is plenty of great good restaurants in town.
There is a grocery store at the same street.
In case you have a car there is a place to park inside the house.
The main centre of san miguel is a short easy 15 minute downhill walk from “casa san miguel inn” or, take advantage of great bus city service every 10 minutes - one block away, cost $ 3 pesos -, taxi cost $ 20 pesos.
The owner lives in town in case you ´d like to chat with him by phone or personally.
In case that you bring your lap top ther is internet service available for about 24 us a month.
