This is a spacious townhome in one of Whistlers prime locations. Entry is on the ground floor, with boot and outerware storage space as well as a door to the private garage. Stairs lead up to the main living room, which is a spacious and welcoming area with a kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and large dining area, as well as 2 decks. This floor also has a full bathroom. Stairs lead up to the den with sofabed and TV, off which is another deck with a private hot tub. Stairs also lead down to the lower floor, which features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom. There is also a full laundry on this floor.
Parking in the private garage is available for one car, while additional parking is possible for another car in front of the garage door or in the limited spaces available for visitor parking.
