The house is a large 2 bedroom apartment in an adosado with a large communal swimming pool 100M from the beach and 300M from the golf course at Oliva Nova. It can accomodate up to 6 people in a double, twin and a sofa bed (the sofa bed is of high quality and not the usual standard found in rental properties)
The lounge is very large, has satellite tv, DVD system, CD Player Air conditioning and central heating so is perfect for all year round.
All conveniences are availbale including a Dishwasher. 3 terraces give views to the seas and mountains beyond and over look the pool, 2 of which give direct access to the pool
