Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with En-suite double bed and a built-in wardrobe, it also has its own very large sun terrace. The Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.
Three bathrooms Main bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has shower, WC and wash hand basin. En-suite with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and a very large lounge area which is equipped with two settees and a sofa bed, TV with UK Channels and Air Conditioning.
Own private 8x4-metre swimming pool with large sun terrace with sunloungers.
This property also has an Alarm System and a Safe for your personal belongings.
Close by and well within Five minutes drive, you will find a commercial centre where you can find English and Spanish cuisine. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment and a large Supermarket. Still in the process of building is a commercial centre less then 5-minute walk from this Villa.
The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. And within a five-minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.
