Duquesa Beach is the most luxurious estate in Torrevieja, located on la Los Locos beach. The estate is fully closed in meaning that you are assured privacy and safety for your children at all times. It includes a private pool overlooking the beach and sun-baking area.
The apartment is facing an easterly direction, meaning it has full beach views from the master bedroom, lounge room, balcony and solarium. Located on the top floor means that you have 70M2 of home, 15M2 of balcony and 30M2 of solarium.
The apartment is furnished tatesfully and includes a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, second bedroom with two single beds and two pull-outs, one bathroom, kitchen with American bar, laundry and lounge room. We personally prefer to use the balcony as a dinning room, but you can also dine indoors if prefered.
