Spacious 3 bedroom terraced townhouse on three floors with 2 sun terraces plus a ground floor patio area. Master bedroom has ensuite and lounge area leading to a good size sun terrace. There are two twin bedrooms (one with twin beds & one with a double bed) on the second level one of which has its own sun terrace.
Also on the second level is the family bathroom with toilet, shower, jaccuzi and twin sinks. Ground floor level consists of an open plan lounge and dining area and a seperate kitchen which is fully equipped. There is also a utility room housing gas boiler for instaneous hot water and a washing machine.

The property is fully equipped with linen and beach towels. As the town house is on three levels young children need careful supervision. However, stair gates will be made available on request. For small children a high chair can be provided, bed guard rails and travel cots. Central heating is provided via air conditioning units in each room. Seperate heaters for each room can also be made available.

The complex has 2 swimming pools (one of which is an indoor heated pool) both within 1 minute walking distance from the house. However, the pools are currently having necessary maintenance work carried out and it is anticipated that they could be fully operational by the end of May. There is a large full size pool and a separate childrens paddling pool available nearby (15 minutes walking), at the Orihuela Beach Club. Restaurants, bars and sun loungers are also available.
Location: The area of Playa Flamenca makes a perfect base for the discerning holiday maker to explore the surrounding area including visiting the historic towns of Orihuela and Cartagena. Or why not take a drive through the moountains to the west, or take in a round of golf at one of the 3 nearby championship golf courses.
Location: Alternatively, you could just laze on one of the nearby blue flag beaches. For those you keen to find a bargain there is also a weekly local Saturday market crammed with incredible bargains. Torrevieja also boasts a spectacular Friday evening flea market. And not to be missed is the Monday market at San Pedros.
Location: For a fun day out Benidorm and the theme park of Terra Mitica are one and a half hours away. Torrevieja is 10 minutes away by car and is a delightful all year round Spanish town boasting a marina, waterfront market, street artists and entertainers, ships, cafes, bistos, bars and restaurnts. The superb palm-lined promenade and harbour board-walk are the ideal place.
Golf Information: Villamartin - this Putman designed cours opened in 1972 and has been the focal point of Mediterranean golf since that time. Sporting tennis courts and a swimming pool, together with a central plaza of shops restaurants and bars, Villamartin can satisfy the most discerning tastes. 18 hole PAR 72 6130 professional/mens/ladies tees. Real Golf Club Campoamor - the most panoramic of the courses in the region. The expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat. This a large and testing course, a relatively young course (1989). Campoamor will soon be challenging as a venue for major championships. 18 hole PAR 17 gold course 583m professional/men/ladies tees. Other courses included: Las Ramblas of Orihuela Golf Club/Quesada and EL Plantio.
