coffee-maker, electric stove, refrigerator. Equipped with
exchangeable towels, sheets … First flat with elevator. Balcony to
Rambla. Typical commercial street, with fashion pubs and shops. Quiet
and luminous. |

Price for days: 2-3 days: 100 €/day. 4-6 days: 95 €/day. + 7 days: 90
€/day.
Price for months: 1 month: 70 €/day. 2-3 months: 60 €/day.
Refundable deposit: 100 €.
You shall make a pre-payment to confirm your reservation. The pre-
payment must be 30% of total price, and will be taken off the final
price. When you arrive to the apartment, you will be requested to pay
de rest of the price (70%) and a guarantee deposit of 100 Euros,
which will be refunded when you leave the apartment and return the
key. |
