The location, in panoramic position in the landscape northeast of Arezzo, area Chianti-Siena, in a natural ampitheatre of wild and uncontaminated beauty, and on the border with Umbria, is perfect to visit the glorious Tuscan countryside and many of central Italy's most important holiday attractions: Cortona, Siena, the Chianti region, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, attainable through the E45 speedway, far away from the villa only 3 kms.
Museums, Cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding, nearby restaurants available at short driving distance.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, TV sat, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen corner (4 plates gas, refrigerator, compartment ice, electric oven), dining table for 6, washing-machine; first floor: double bedroom , twin bedroom convertible in double, bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Central heating, bedding, towels and tablecloiths are provided in every apartment. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, due also to the choice of an unique pastel colour: the indigo.

*10% reduction on the cost of second week for 2 weeks booked.
All rooms are furnished with sheets, towels and table linen.
Period of closing: from 14/01 to 03/03 and from 28/10 to 01/12.
Daily booking: least 2 nights only in low and mid-low, 4 nights at Christmas and Easter.
Check-in: Saturday day from 5 pm to 8 pm; check-out: Saturday within 10,00 am.
Upon request, available daily cleaning: on payment.
Security: 150 for apartment: the deposit will be returned on your departure.
During the booking it is in demand a down payment equal to the 30% of the whole cost of the stay.
