There is a lot of space for parking on the property in the open air. The kitchen has a medium fridge. and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small supermarket 1 km away and a big supermarket 4 km away. There are many restaurants 2 to 5 kms from the villa. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due at delivery of the key). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 euros is required. The rates don’t include: o bed, bath and table linen to be paid apart (10 euros weekly each people). o final cleaning = 100 euros. o heating in the winter season. Made service and babysitting upon request (10 euros/hour). Satellite TV optional: 25 euros per week. telephone and Internet connection to be paid locally according to the consumption.
