Prices start from Euro 2000 in Low SEason to Euro 3300 in peak season. Prices refer to 10 persons sharing. Additional Guests pay 7% of above prices - Prices include: 1 set of bed linen per bed per week - 2 hand towels per person per week - Water and gas consumption - Electric energy up to 150KW/week - Initial cleaning of the villa, swimming pool and garden prior to guests' arrival. All taxes included. Prices do not include: Prices apply to up to ten persons. Each additional person pays an extra 7% of above prices. The following costs are to be paid upon arrival: Electric energy is metered and consumption in excess of 150KW/week is payable upon departure as per the electricity company meter - Final Cleaning of Villa and pool: Euro 200. For groups staying more than one week, a light 3 hours weekly cleaning is mandatory and costs Euro 50, payable upon arrival. Winter heating is metered and payable upon departure - A refundable breakage deposit of Euro 800 is to be handed over to the Villa Owner upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests upon departure. Please bring your own pool towels. During the cooler season, the pool is closed.
