Quiet, cool and comfortable: bedroom with king size or two single beds, living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, kitchen corner with oven fully equipped in the dining space, bathroom with shower, tv, washing mashine, heating, parking in the common area, covered shady terrace where enjoy open air meals, or have a drink in the night looking the lake and the lights of Bracciano and Anguillara.

Local Area Details:
The regional park of the lakes of Bracciano and Martignano. Within the protected area there are various centres principally rural, that with their gastronomic and village traditions make this an ideal place to stay for a while. The lake is vorbidden to the motors. The town of Bracciano count 14.000 inhabitans, is 280 m. above sea level, in a deligthful location with his historical medioeval center and the majestic Odescalchi Castle, some belvedere.

At 8 km can visit the Botanical Gardens of S. Liberato (2nd in importance in Europe), where you can also admire the oldest bell-tower of the world.
We can also recommend a boat trip on the lake with the "tragetto", a visit to the Aeronautical Museum at Vigna di Valle and the Castle of Bracciano, which is privately owned, but open to the public for guided tours.
Archaeology: There are numerous Etruscan excavations: Tarquinia, Cerveteri, Barbarano, Veio, to name but a few, all within easy distance, and of course, ROME!!.
