This loft has been designed by an architect and is perfectly suited for a family or two couples. This very special vacation rental is smartly furnished, located on the 2nd floor, within a very quite but sunny inner court.
It offers a wide living area including a sitting area with divans and armchairs for 6/8 people, cable-TV and video, a dining area with a table for 7 people, and a separate kitchen zone.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, four fires cook top, oven and microwave, small washing machine, small dishwater and cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board as well hair dryer are available.
On the mezzanine there are two separate sleeping areas each with a queen size bed each.
The bathroom has shower-tub, lavabo, WC and bidet. |

- One Week: € 900.
- Additional night € 100.
- One Month: € 2,500.
- Booking deposit 30% of the rate; balance on delivery of the keys.
- Security/damage deposit € 500 weekly rental; €1000 monthly rental.
- Check-in after 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.
- Linen and towels included.
