Vacation rental on the island of St. John in the US Virgin Islands.
This rental is a rather large condo, at almost 1100 sq ft, and has one bedroom that is air conditioned, with one bath and a convertible couch in the living room. Both beds are queen sized so it’s comfortable for 4 adults. The condo has quite a large living/dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen. There’s a furnished covered porch off the living/dining area that has a nice view of Pillsbury Sound looking over toward St. Thomas. And, there is a pool on the premises too.
Sitting out on the porch in the morning sipping coffee is wonderful with the view and the birds. We feed the birds and you’ll enjoy the antics of the bananaquits, grassquits, bullfinch, and hummingbirds.
We are located just over a mile from Cruz Bay, the main town and where the ferry from St. Thomas comes in. So it’s close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet at night. And, in less than a 10 minute drive you can be at the beginning of the famous north shore beaches. If you don’t want to sit in the sun, many of the beaches have shady areas. The snorkeling is wonderful right off the beach at most of them too.
We can help you rent a car, book an excursion to the British Virgin Islands, go on a dive or snorkel trip, rent a boat, or go on a day sail. Or, suggest a beach to go to, a place to snorkel, or recommend one of our great restaurants. The owner lives on the premises most of the time and he’ll be glad to answer any questions that you may have.
