If you are looking for a perfect vacation getaway filled with fun, sunshine, crystal blue ocean water and white sandy beaches, LOOK NO FURTHER. Our beautiful, just constructed and furnished apartment villa is located in one of the Dominican Republics most quaint communities, Palma Real Villas at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. The villa is a short distance from a pristine white sandy beach. Relax on the secluded beach, or by your exquisite shared pool and Jacuzzi, which is on the 16th Hole of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Within a five minute drive you can be one of the first to experience the new magnificent "Manatee Park Bávaro", with its performing dolphins and sea lions.
Our 145 SM newly decorated villa features a large open living/dining room area with a private patio, fully furnished kitchen and two spacious bedrooms with furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed with sliding French doors that open up to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a view that overlooks the Golf course. Our villa has three full bathrooms which feature marble tiled shower/tub units.
The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub.
Our Villa has a full time staff which includes a manager, 24 hour security and cleaning personnel. Our office has internet and 800 telephone access for your convenience.
