It’s situated in the heart of Bangkok on Jun Road and Sathupradit Road near shopping centre, sky trains, hospitals, churches, schools and universities. It’s only 10 minutes to Silom Road and Chong Nonsee Station.
Nearby shopping centre are such as Central Rama 3, Tessco Lotus, Makro, 3 local fresh markets, Robinson and Carrefour.
International schools and universities are nearby like Sarasart Ektra School, International Community School, Internation Pioneers School, Garden International School Bangkok, Learning Home International Kindergarten, Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, Lycee Francais de Bangkok and etc.
Transportation : It’s easy access to anywhere in Bangkok. You can commute by local buses, taxies, motorcycles, the sky train, the underground or even a boat.. The nearest BTS stations are Tark Sin taking, Surasak and Chong Nonsee about 10 minutes drive. The nearest water port is Sathorn taking about 10 minutes drive.

Cleaning : changing bed linens twice a month
