This is a beautiful townhome in one of Whistlers most exclusive locations. Built to an extremely high standard with extensive use of hand-peeled logs and quality wood finishes, it has an extremely impressive feel. Entry is on the main ground floor, and opens into a spacious living and dining area. Heated slate in the hallway floors and oiled hardwood in the living area sets the tone for this area. The living room features a large stone wood-burning fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofas. The kitchen is very spacious and fully-equipped with granite countertops and every modern appliance. On this level there is also a large deck, which has a wonderful treed outlook on the Whistler Valley. This level also features a spacious bedroom with 2 twin beds bed and a full bathroom.
Stairs (again finished in oiled hardwood) lead down to the master bedroom with its own gas fire and TV, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and to a third bedroom with twin beds and the third bathroom. The downstairs level also has a fully-equipped laundry room.
This unit also has access to the renowned Taluswood swimming pool and hot tub for relaxing the aches and pains of the day away. (Please note that the swimming pool is open only in the summer months.)
There is also a private single garage with ski and outerwear storage and additional parking for one car in the driveway.
