The Bluffs is part of the exclusive Taluswood development at the edge of the Dave Murray downhill (where the 2010 Olympic Mens Downhill will be held). A 1-2 minute walk from your door will take you to the edge of the piste leading down to the Creekside gondola.
Bluffs 17 is perhaps the nicest of the 2-bed units in The Bluffs. Beautifully decorated, with a south-facing deck off the master bedroom and a west-facing deck off the living room, it offers spectacular views over the Whistler Valley and the Tantalus mountain range.
On a single level, this immaculate townhome has an entrance hall for ski, boot and outerwear storage which opens up into the main living and entertainment room. This features a river rock gas fireplace, a large sofa and two large armchairs and a separate dining area with a deck off it. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped, with a slate floor, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, an espresso machine and other equipment for serious cooking. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, while the second bedroom has a king/twin split. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with extra spacious shower cubicle; this bathroom is also accessible from the living area.
There is also a fully-equipped laundry cupboard with washer-dryer and shelving.
Parking for multiple cars is available either outside the unit or under cover (with remote key operation) just 10 yards from the front door.
There is also a spacious common area hot tub just steps from the property.
