The villa is very spacious, with two floors and a big garden. It has a really large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen.
It belongs to an architect and it's built in a modern style.
The villa can accomodate 6 persons (with the possibility to add two beds).
It has all facilities: kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher; washing machine; independent heating.
In the garden there are table, chairs, chaise-longues and all you need to rest. The location
Fregene is a small town, on the sea, 30 km away from Rome. It is the most renowned holiday resort on the roman coast. It has a long sandy beach: its lidos are very popular. The summer nightlife is famous all over Italy.
During the summer Fregene is surely the best place to join the discover of the eternal city to a relaxing holiday on the beach.
During the winter Fregene gives you the opportunity of a really confortable and cheap accomodation.
The house is located in a really quiet area, 300 mts away from the sea.
