Whether you are relocating to Calgary or just visting, this is an awesome opportunity to have space and luxury without paying the high cost of a Hotel. This incredible, luxury home located in one of Calgary's most desirable and upcoming areas (Marda Loop). It is a perfect location and a great alternative to paying $400-plus per night to stay in Banff during the ski season or high hotel costs in the city of Calgary during the summer season. From this popular South Calgary location, you can be at Sunshine in just over an hour or Kananaskis in just over 45 minutes. For you summer visitors during Stampede, the grounds are just a short, ten-minute, cab ride.
This home is fully developed on all three levels with three bedrooms, two full baths, and a half bath on the main floor. It is upgraded throughout with maple hardwood, luxuries maple kitchen with granite counters, and lots of tile work. There is a formal dining room that is well stocked with various choices of fine wines and other beverages. The main living area is quite expansive and is open to the kitchen and is equipped with an eating nook as well as a breakfast bar. The living room has beautiful exposed cedar beams as well as a very nice rock fireplace. It also has a very spacious and well decorated bedroom that has an en suite bathroom as well as sitting area and TV. There is also a computer, fax printer, and high-speed Internet available for your unlimited use.
If you are visiting during the summer, the backyard is fully landscaped with lots of perennials, flowers, and shrubs. The sunny, southern exposure keeps it very warm and bright. It is well laid out with tumbled Roman cobblestone and has a very nice, hand-made, iron and tiled table as well as a gas barbecue for your use and enjoyment.
This home always comes stocked with a variety of beer and refreshments in the refrigerator as well as a selection of fine wines. Also, if room service is what you want, waiters enroute will deliver from a large number of Calgary's finest restaurants within 45-60 minutes of your call.
